How to Unlock Allied Races
Allied-race availability on a private Legion realm depends on custom project changes. Availability in another expansion does not mean your realm supports it. LegionPlus lists allied races among its custom changes and requires its client files. Check that project’s race list and creation requirements.

Checking on your character
Open the relevant system in the 7.3.5 client and compare available features with project rules. Check version, progression and account restrictions: the same feature name does not guarantee identical implementation on every realm.
