Mechanics: original Legion 7.3.5. Check numerical values, item availability and custom changes in your realm’s client and rules.
Quick answer
Compare latency at the same time with background downloads stopped. Use a wired connection if possible and check packet loss. A VPN can improve or worsen routing, so compare measurements. A project’s audience region does not guarantee low latency.
Connection checks
Compare your home connection with another available network at the same time. Stop background downloads, try a cable instead of Wi-Fi and distinguish interface lag, World latency and low FPS. Changing DNS does not guarantee lower game-server latency.

Practical playbooks are written by the portal editors. Check the patch before using current tables: numerical values after item-level squishes do not belong to Legion.
