Quick answer
Client language and community language are different. Check whether the project client supports russian and which languages the realm serves. The catalog language filter describes the community, not complete localization of every custom feature.
Step-by-step verification
- Project website → its registration panel → its client guide: confirm that all three belong to the same project.
- Client version and build must match realm requirements. Legion usually uses 7.3.5; read the project guide for the build number.
- Make the first login without addons, then check realm listing and character creation.
- For an error record its full text, time, selected realm and client version; do not include passwords in support messages.
