Getting started

A secondary profession that pairs well with cooking.

• Begin with fishing schools in the required Broken Isles zone.
• Check lures and rare fish for the specific catch type.
• Underlight Angler has its own questline and requirements: plan it separately from selling fish.

Do not treat one location as universal for all rare catches.

Ranks and leveling in Legion

Original 7.3.5 uses an overall profession cap of 800. Many Legion recipes have three ranks. Check the next rank’s source in Unlearned: quests, reputation, a boss or vendor. Modern expansion-separated skill systems do not apply here.
