Legion Demonology empowers summoned demons through Demonic Empowerment.
Action priorities
This is the baseline logic. Check exact conditions for selected talents and items against the archived profile below.
- Shadow Bolt or Demonbolt generates shards.
- Use Call Dreadstalkers when available.
- Hand of Gul’dan spends shards and summons imps.
- Demonic Empowerment empowers newly summoned demons.
- Plan Thal’kiel’s Consumption with an active demon army.
Multiple targets and group utility
- Choosing Implosion changes short-lived-pack gameplay.
- Keep the pet on the priority target.
Mistakes that reduce performance
- Do not skip Empowerment after a summon that needs it.
- Demonic Tyrant does not belong to the 7.3.5 rotation.
Stats and gear decisions
Haste affects summoning tempo; compare gear together with legendary effects.
- Keep complete raid and dungeon loadouts. Change one factor at a time when comparing.
- Evaluate artifact, relics, set bonuses and legendary effects together; high item level does not replace checking their interactions.

- Choosing abilities according to resources, procs and the encounter.
- Burst
- A short window of increased damage.
- Proc
- An effect that triggers and temporarily empowers or enables an ability.
- APL
- A conditional simulation priority list, not a fixed button sequence.
- BiS
- Best in Slot for a particular set of conditions.
- HoT / DoT
- Healing over time / damage over time.

The official page describes the class in current WoW. Archived profiles use Legion 7.3.5, build 25961. The wiki provides terminology and change history; current damage values should not be applied to Legion.
Russian names were matched by ID against Wowhead and accepted when the English name matched the archive. Unconfirmed matches retain the archived English name.
